How We Treat: One Plan for the Whole Person
At Vaishalya Wellness, treatment is not a fixed package you are slotted into. A doctor and a counsellor build one plan around the person in front of them, and the same clinical team carries it from the first call to long after discharge.
- Doctors on site, always
- 24/7 nursing
- Dual diagnosis handled
- Aftercare for the long term
We Treat the Whole Person
Addiction rarely arrives on its own. Underneath it there is usually something else, anxiety, depression, trauma, or a habit that started as a way to cope. Treat only the substance and the reason it took hold is still waiting when someone gets home.
So here, the addiction and what sits beneath it are treated together, by one clinical team, on one plan. That is what dual diagnosis means in practice, and it is the difference between a pause and a recovery that holds.
One team, one plan, and the whole person in view.
Four Parts, One Plan
Whatever the condition, every plan draws on the same four kinds of care, in the mix each person needs.
Medical Care
Assessment by a doctor and counsellor on day one. Where detox is needed, it happens on site in a quiet ward, with nurses present around the clock and medication to ease withdrawal.
Therapy
One to one counselling and group circles, matched to the person and to what sits beneath the addiction. This is where the real work of change happens.
Body and Routine
Yoga, meditation, movement, art and proper nutrition give the day a shape again and help a restless mind settle.
Family and After
Family sessions bring the people who matter into the recovery, and support continues well past discharge so no one leaves on their own.
From the First Call to Long After
No two plans are identical, but treatment moves through the same six stages.
Admissions
One call. We listen, ask a little about your health and history, and arrange safe travel if you need it. Nothing said leaves that call.
- Confidential
- Safe travel arranged
Evaluation
Day one is a conversation, not a form. A doctor and counsellor meet you face to face and shape a plan that belongs to you alone.
- Care plan for you
- Doctors on site
Detox
If the body needs it, detox begins in a quiet ward with nursing care around the clock and medication to soften withdrawal. If not, day one is simply about arriving.
- 24/7 nursing
- Medicine assisted
Treatment
The core of the stay. Group circles, private therapy, yoga, nutrition and movement, with family sessions woven in. Whatever sits beneath the addiction is treated alongside it.

- Dual diagnosis
Relapse Prevention
Before discharge, we map the triggers that once pulled a person under and build a response to each, plus support getting back to work, study and repaired relationships.
- Trigger mapping
- Coping tools
Aftercare
Leaving does not mean leaving. Counsellor check-ins, an online circle and gatherings back at the centre keep a hand within reach for the long term.
