Volunteer With Vaishalya Wellness
Recovery does not happen behind a locked gate, and it does not happen alone. We work across the hills of Himachal to make mental health and de-addiction care something ordinary families can reach. If you want to give your time to that, there is a place for you here.
How Volunteers Help
The need here is bigger than any one centre. Stigma keeps people quiet, distance keeps them away, and cost keeps care out of reach. Volunteers help us close that gap. Whether you bring a professional skill, a few free hours, or simply the will to help, your time goes toward something real, reaching people who would otherwise go without.
Ways You Can Volunteer
There is more than one way to be useful here, and much of it runs through the community work of the Asha Bhupender Charitable Trust. Some of the most valuable help has nothing to do with medicine.
Community and Awareness
Join our outreach in nearby villages and help families understand that addiction and mental illness can be treated.
Professional Skills
Counselors, doctors, yoga and fitness teachers, artists and teachers can give sessions or guidance that enrich the daily program.
Events and Support
Help organize awareness drives and support the wider work of the Trust across the region.
Everyday Help
Lend a hand with the activities and the running of the centre, day to day.
Who Can Volunteer
You do not need a medical background to help. We welcome students, working professionals, retired people, and anyone from the community who cares about this work and can act with respect and discretion around people at a vulnerable time. If you have a specific skill, tell us. If you simply have time and goodwill, that counts too.
