Under One Roof, One Team

What We Treat: Addiction and Mental Health Care

Vaishalya Wellness is a residential center in the hills above Palampur for two kinds of struggle that often travel together, dependency and mental illness. Whatever brings someone here, the same clinical team handles it, on one plan, in one place.

Dependencies

Addictions We Treat

Substance or habit, the pattern is the same. Something outside a person starts the day running. We treat the dependency and the reason underneath it, never one without the other.

Alcohol

The most common reason people reach us is one of the most treatable.

Chitta, The Local Heroin

The synthetic opioid is spreading fastest through the hills. Detox here is medically supervised.

Nicotine

The habit most people underrate is treated properly, not by willpower alone.

Cocaine

Stimulant dependency, with the crash and the craving handled under medical care.

Bhang and Cannabis

Long-term cannabis use that has stopped being casual and started taking a toll.

Prescription Drugs

Painkillers, sedatives, and sleep medication that quietly turned into dependence.

Sex and Pornography

A compulsive pattern is treated with the same seriousness and privacy as any other.

Social Media

When the screen has taken over sleep, focus, and everything else, we treat that too.

Mental Health

Mental Health We Treat

Sometimes there is no substance involved at all. When the mind itself is the illness, the same residential care and clinical team apply.

Anxiety

Constant worry, panic, or a body stuck on high alert that rest does not fix.

Depression

The heavy, flat kind that has lasted weeks and taken the color out of everything.

Bipolar Disorder

The swing between high and low is stabilized and managed with proper medical care.

Schizophrenia

Consistent, expert supervision for a condition that needs stability to improve.

However It Shows Up

The Path In Is the Same

Whatever the condition, treatment here follows one route. No two plans are identical, but the shape is.

  1. Assessment: A psychiatrist and a psychologist assess first. The plan comes from that, not a template.
  2. Medical detox: Where the body needs it, detox and stabilization happen on site with doctors present.
  3. Therapy: One-to-one counseling and group work, matched to the person and the condition.
  4. Both at once: When addiction and a mental illness sit together, they are treated together, not in turn.
  5. Aftercare: Support continues after discharge. Leaving is a stage in the plan, not the finish.
Not Sure Where It Fits

Tell Us What Is Going On

You do not need the right label before you call. Describe what you are seeing, and we will tell you honestly whether this is something we treat and what the next step is.

Vaishalya Wellness is not a crisis or suicide helpline. In an emergency, please contact your nearest hospital.
